Personal home training - we bring the gym to you
The new trend in the world of personal training, is to book the trainer to train you in the comfort of your own home. We have a comprehensive range of portable fitness equipment, that can be used indoors or outdoors, which will help keep your workouts varied and fun. When your workout is done you can simply jump in the shower.

Corporate gym inductions
Book Fitness Frontier to induct your staff on site, in your office gymnasium. On site Personal Training is also available. Save on gym membership fees, cut out commuting time to the gym and no more waiting to get on gym equipment.

Fitness testing
Before you commence any training programme, a qualified fitness consultant will meet with you, to assess your initial level of fitness, record your exercise history and discuss your eating habits. Everyone is different!! This will allow a programme to be designed specifically for your needs alone. Fitness testing will also be carried out at various stages of your programme, to assess progress, and provide motivation.

Customised exercise programmes
Your enthusiastic personal trainer will design a tailored programme based on your particular goals and needs, whatever your initial level of fitness.

Your input will be vital. You may want to lose some weight, build muscle, regain strength after an operation or pregnancy, improve general well being, and reduce stress or even train for a marathon. We can offer you the complete personal training package, including cardiovascular training and body conditioning/ weight training.

Chris has a wealth of experience and a comprehensive understanding of personal fitness training having worked with clients such as Cameron House, Next Generation and Greens Gyms.

Chris has been featured several times in the Glasgow Herald and trained the likes of presenter Anne Robinson, actress Kate Dickie and musician Stuart Cassells of the Red Hot Chilli Pipers.


Chris is a blue belt in Royce Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, has a higher grade green belt in Kick Boxing as well as experience in Thai Boxing.
